Shipping & Returns

All download orders are available to download immediately after your payment transction has been approved. If you don't observe the "Download buttton/link" at the conclusion of the order checkout process, please look up your order on the store website [Account > View Orders] to download your order.

eBook's/eDoc's (PDF): If paying online via credit card or using Paypal, your PDF download will be available to download immediately at the conclusion of transaction. Both the "Checkout Success" page and an email message will include the link to download your PDF (email mesage will be sent to the address used to register your account).

Please be sure to submit a correct email address when creating your Final Exit Bookstore account so we can email you with download instructions and/or shipping updates.

All download orders are Final. In rare situations refunds can be made. Order numbers must be submitted with your issue explanation. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.
